From my teenage days, I was dreaming about creating my own establishment. I wasn’t born with a golden spoon, and I had to fight a lot for a good education at a reputable university thereby paving the way for my career pursuits. As I am a seeker and believe in opportunities I always say ‘yes’ to them. I feel when you’re getting opportunities it’s a “God Blessing” to do something extraordinary. 

After a life-changing car accident, I lost my job and savings while caring for my injured daughter. A year later, I got a call for a marketing role at a renowned hospital and accepted the HOD marketing profile. From this new opportunity, I didn’t need to look back. I kept on achieving new goals and success followed me. 

After a successful career in Corporate Hospitals for 10 years, I felt I would create my own world as I dreamt earlier. I thought of establishing my own Hospital, where middle-class families could get treated at an affordable cost. It was pathetic and painful when mass deaths took place due to the lack of hospital beds and financial costs during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

I left my successful career in corporate hospitals to establish my own hospital, dedicated to providing affordable healthcare to middle-class families. Despite the challenges, I used my 18 years of experience and extensive network to build my empire. With just 7 isolation beds, I started serving Covid patients, eventually gaining two partners. 

However, running the hospital was tough, requiring sacrifices like staying away from my daughter for months. I worked tirelessly, managing issues day and night, ensuring life-saving services were available 24/7, 365 days a year. 

With complete dedication now we are standing in our 2 years with an increased 54 bedded capacities with fully equipped ICU & HDU back up, two semi-modular OTs. We have served over 3000 patients and 1478 successful surgeries with the medical expertise and team. We have come up with the hospital's new 3-bed dialysis unit which was inaugurated on its 2nd foundation day with a dream to put up its Cath Lab unit in the near future. 

Today we have achieved spread our reputation over North 24 pgs and a few districts where we do major surgeries and medical treatment for needy people at the lowest possible cost. Now most of the health schemes, as well as corporate schemes, are Empaneled with us. We are privileged to serve Swasthya Sathi, West Bengal Health Scheme, Central Government Health Schemes, and Cashless Facilities. 

As I feel it is my second child, I need to take care of and nurture it until it becomes a brand of service in the medical aspect. 

Along this journey, I have achieved numerous accolades and milestones that reflect my dedication to entrepreneurship and healthcare innovation. I feel honored to achieve the Best Female Entrepreneur From CIB (Central Information Broadcasting) followed by the Outstanding Leadership Award in Healthcare Marketing issued by the Women Leadership Award
Furthermore to the list added the Emerging Young Entrepreneur issued by Bengal Pride Award and continued with the Change Market Award Issued By Rotary Club.
